• Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address, when you request a callback, make an enquiry or book an appointment.
• Health information you choose to share, such as the reason for your enquiry, your symptoms, injuries and relevant medical history. This is needed to assess and treat you safely.
• Appointment and payment details, including health fund details needed to process a HICAPS claim.
• Website usage information such as pages visited and the type of device used, collected through cookies and analytics tools. This does not identify you personally.

How your information is used

• To respond to your enquiry or callback request.
• To book, manage and provide your treatment.

Client records are kept in secure, password-protected systems with access limited to the treating practitioner. Health records are kept for as long as the law requires and are then securely destroyed or de-identified.
